Terms of Service

Last updated October 5, 2026

These Terms are a contract between you and us. Memberships renew automatically until you cancel. In the United States, disputes go to individual arbitration unless you opt out (section 12).

1. Who we are

Gabrielle Moore® is a brand and pen name of Insspira Publishing Inc. ("we", "us"); some charges are processed by its affiliate Insspira Payments Inc.

Your receipt shows which company charged you.

Gabrielle Moore® does not refer to a single real person. Our classes are presented by the adult performers named in each class, using techniques and scripts written by our team (see our Disclaimer).

2. What these Terms cover

These Terms apply to www.gabriellemoore.com, askgabriellemoore.com, our checkout pages, the members portal and Anna at coach.gabriellemoore.com, and our emails and texts (the "Services"). These pages are part of these Terms: Memberships, cancellation and refunds, Privacy Policy, Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, AI coach and safety and Content removal and complaints.

You accept these Terms when you click to buy or create an account.

Your legal rights come first. If you are a consumer, the law where you live (for example the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, EU consumer law, the Australian Consumer Law or Canadian provincial law) may give you rights a contract cannot remove. Nothing in these Terms limits them, and our guarantee is in addition to them.

3. Adults only and age verification

4. Your account and licence

You sign in with a link we email to you, so keep your email secure. Tell us at once if someone else used your account.

When you buy something, you get a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence for your own private, non-commercial use. You do not own the content. You may not:

One-time purchases stay available while we offer the Services and your account is in good standing, unless the offer said otherwise. Membership content is available while your membership is active. Some videos are licensed from other producers; if a licence ends and we must remove something you bought separately in the last 60 days, we refund it.

5. Payments, memberships and refunds

You authorize us to charge your payment method for what you agree to. Taxes may be added where required.

Memberships renew automatically. By joining, you agree that we charge the membership price to your payment method every 30 days until you cancel. The price and renewal terms shown at checkout are the ones that apply. You can cancel anytime online in a few clicks. The full rules on prices, trials, cancellation, price changes, the 60-day guarantee and the UK/EU 14-day right are on Memberships, cancellation and refunds.

One-click purchases. After a purchase we may offer another product, charged to the same payment method only if you actively confirm it next to the price. One-click purchases have the same guarantee.

6. Anna, your AI coach

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services, or try to make Anna produce anything, involving:

Anna refuses such requests. Asking about minors or sex without consent locks that topic for 24 hours (see our safety page). Where the law requires, or a child may be at risk, we report to the authorities.

8. Education, not medical advice

Our classes, books and Anna offer education, not diagnosis or treatment. Results vary. See our Disclaimer.

9. Your messages and our content

You keep ownership of what you write to us or to Anna. You let us use it only to provide the Services to you, keep them safe and follow the law. We never publish your messages or name without your permission.

All content on the Services, including Anna's character and the Gabrielle Moore® name, belongs to us or our licensors. To report infringement or content shown without consent, see Content removal and complaints. Records under 18 U.S.C. 2257: see our 2257 Compliance Statement.

10. Closing accounts and changes

11. Warranties and liability

This section applies only as far as the law where you live allows.

We provide the Services with reasonable care and skill. Otherwise they are provided "as is" and "as available", without other warranties. We are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, that your breach caused, or business losses. Our total liability for all claims is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$100.

These limits do not apply to death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or any liability the law does not allow us to limit (for example under the UK Consumer Rights Act, the Australian Consumer Law or privacy laws).

12. Disputes

Please contact us first; most problems are solved quickly. These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory laws where they live.

Outside the United States (including Canada, the UK, the EU and Australia)

You can go to the courts where you live or in British Columbia, or any free dispute body available to you. The arbitration terms below do not apply to you.

In the United States: individual arbitration

Please read this carefully. Unless you opt out, you and we agree to resolve disputes by individual arbitration instead of in court, and give up jury trials and class actions.

  1. Notice first. The side with a claim sends a written notice (you: to helpme@gabriellemoore.com or our West Vancouver address). We then try to resolve it in good faith for 60 days. Time limits pause meanwhile.
  2. Carve-outs. Either side may use small-claims court, or go to court over intellectual property misuse or unauthorized access. California public injunctive relief is decided by a court after any arbitration.
  3. Rules. The American Arbitration Association runs it under its Consumer Arbitration Rules; the Federal Arbitration Act applies. Hearings are by video, phone, documents or in your county, as you choose.
  4. Fees. We pay all filing, administration and arbitrator fees for arbitrations you start, unless the claim is found frivolous. Each side pays its own lawyers unless the law says otherwise.
  5. Individual only. No class, collective or representative proceedings. If this is unenforceable for a claim, that claim goes to court, not class arbitration.
  6. Mass claims. If 25 or more similar demands come from the same lawyers, they are handled in batches of up to 50 under the AAA Mass Arbitration Supplementary Rules, with time limits paused.
  7. Opt out within 30 days of first accepting these Terms (current members: of these Terms being posted) by emailing helpme@gabriellemoore.com with your name, account email and "I opt out of arbitration".
  8. If this section is unenforceable, disputes go to the courts where you live. Changes to it do not apply to disputes we already knew about.
