Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
Last updated October 5, 2026
This policy explains how Gabrielle Moore® handles "consumer health data" under the Washington My Health My Data Act, Nevada law (SB 370) and Connecticut law. It adds to our Privacy Policy, which names our two companies, Insspira Publishing Inc. and its affiliate Insspira Payments Inc.
What we collect, and from where
- What you tell Anna about sexual function, sexual health, desire, contraception, relationships, anxiety, mood or self-harm, and our record that a crisis reply was given.
- Which classes, ebooks and audiobooks you bought or opened, since they can suggest a health interest.
- Anna's memories and internal coaching file, which may contain health-related conclusions drawn from your messages.
It comes from you and from your use of our services. We do not buy health data. We collect no precise location, biometric or genetic data.
Why we use it
To deliver what you asked for (your products and Anna's coaching), to keep people safe (crisis replies and team alerts), to run the service (payments, support, security, legal records) and to check quality and safety on a small sample of conversations. Never for advertising, and never to train AI models.
Consent
- To collect: we ask for opt-in consent before collecting health data beyond what a product you asked for needs, on a separate screen in the chat before your first conversation with Anna ("Yes, I agree" / "Not now"). Withdraw it anytime by use "Withdraw my permission" on "What Anna knows about me", or email helpme@gabriellemoore.com.
- To share: we do not share it with third parties beyond the processors below; we would first ask for separate consent.
- To sell: we never sell it.
Who receives it
Only our affiliate Insspira Payments Inc. (its own orders and support) and processors acting for us under contract:
| Provider | Health data involved |
|---|---|
| DigitalOcean (servers), AWS S3 (encrypted backups) | All of it, including conversations |
| Easy Pay Direct, PayPal | What you bought |
| Ontraport | What you bought; the text of emails Anna sends you; safety alerts to our team (your name, email, the alert category and a link, no message text) |
| Bunny.net | Which video was streamed |
| Zendesk | What you write to support, and safety alerts to our team inbox (name, email, category and a link, no message text) |
| Everflow, RedTrack | That an order happened and its amount, not what was bought |
Ad platforms never receive anything you told Anna or which classes you bought or watched. Inside our team, only a few trained staff bound by confidentiality can read conversations.
Your rights
- Access: confirm whether we collect, share or sell your health data, and get a copy.
- Recipients: get a list of every third party and affiliate that received it, with contact details.
- Delete: from our live systems, archives and backups; we tell every recipient to delete too. You can do it yourself with "Forget everything" or by deleting your account (what each keeps: Privacy Policy, section 4).
- Withdraw consent anytime, and not be treated worse for using any right.
