Content removal, copyright and complaints
Last updated October 5, 2026
How to ask Gabrielle Moore® to remove content, report a copyright problem or make a complaint. Anyone can use it, customer or not. We publish all content on our sites ourselves; users cannot upload content. Our services are operated by Insspira Publishing Inc., 1489 Marine Dr., Suite 118, West Vancouver, BC V7T 1B8, Canada.
1. Content that shows you, lacks consent or may involve a minor
Tell us if you appear in our content and want it removed, or if something on our sites may show a person who did not consent, a person under 18, your private information, or anything otherwise illegal.
Email report@gabriellemoore.com or call 1-855-935-1200. Include the link or product name (and time in the video), what the problem is, whether you are the person shown, and how to reach you. You need not give your name to report a possible minor. Never send us images that may show a minor; send only the link.
- We reply within 72 hours.
- Content that may be non-consensual or may involve a minor is taken down as soon as possible and no later than 72 hours after your report, while we review it.
- We check the performers' age and consent records and, for licensed content, the producer, and tell you our decision. Non-consensual or illegal content stays down, including in our backups.
- Anything that may involve a minor is reported to the authorities (in Canada, Cybertip.ca; in the US, the NCMEC CyberTipline) as the law requires or allows.
- If you agreed to appear and now want removal, tell us; we review your request with you and you do not have to prove why.
If you disagree with our decision, reply to it and a senior team member who was not involved reviews it. For a dispute about consent, you can ask for an independent, neutral arbitration body to decide, at our cost; the content stays down meanwhile.
You can also report child sexual abuse material directly: NCMEC (US), Cybertip.ca (Canada), IWF (UK), eSafety (Australia). For intimate images shared without consent, StopNCII.org can help.
2. Copyright
If you believe our content infringes your copyright, email report@gabriellemoore.com with: your name, address, phone and email; the work you own; where our content appears (URL); a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised; a statement that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner; and your physical or electronic signature. We reply within 72 hours.
3. Other complaints
For service, billing or privacy problems, email helpme@gabriellemoore.com, call 1-855-935-1200 or use our Help center. We reply within 72 hours. Not satisfied? Reply with "Escalation" in the subject and a manager reviews it. Billing rules are on Memberships, cancellation and refunds; privacy rights and regulators on our Privacy Policy.
You can always go to a regulator or court.
