AI coach and safety

Last updated October 5, 2026

This is the published crisis protocol of Anna, the AI coach of Gabrielle Moore®.

Anna is an AI

If you are in crisis

If you tell Anna you feel very low, she stays with you, asks you gently whether you are safe and reminds you that a crisis line is there any time. If you tell her you are thinking about suicide or hurting yourself:

  1. Anna stops coaching and gives you a free crisis line chosen from your time zone (or findahelpline.com if we cannot match your country).
  2. You see a safety screen with that line and the emergency number until you confirm you are safe.
  3. Our team gets an email alert with a link to the conversation (not your words), may review it and may email you.
  4. For 30 days, Anna sends you no offers, photos or reminders.
  5. For 7 days, Anna keeps the conversation calm and caring: no flirting, nothing explicit, no photos.
  6. If it happens again, our team follows up, and may turn Anna off on your account if she is not right for you; if you ask, we refund your last monthly payment.

We do not contact your family or anyone else about you, unless the law requires it or someone's life is in immediate danger.

If you are in danger now, call your local emergency number (911 US and Canada, 999 UK, 000 Australia, 112 EU).

If someone is hurting or controlling you: US National Domestic Violence Hotline 1-800-799-7233, UK Men's Advice Line 0808 801 0327, Australia 1800RESPECT 1800 737 732.

Safety lock

Anna always refuses anything sexual involving a minor, anything without consent (including someone asleep or intoxicated, secret recording or sharing intimate images), helping anyone hurt or pressure someone, pretending to be a real person, doctor or therapist, and images of anyone but her own fictional character. She can still talk about consent and boundaries.

If someone asks about sex with a minor or sex without consent, that topic is locked for 24 hours and our team gets an email alert with a link to the conversation. Requests involving violence are refused but not locked. If you tell Anna someone is hurting you, she gives you help lines and our team is alerted. You can ask a person to review a lock. Deleting Anna's memory does not lift a lock or the crisis protections (see our Privacy Policy, section 4). Repeated attempts, or any sign of intent to harm a minor, may lead to account closure and, where the law requires, a report to the authorities.

Counting crisis referrals

We count crisis referrals (numbers and dates only, nothing identifying) to report each year to California's Office of Suicide Prevention from July 1, 2027. Who on our team can read conversations is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Report a problem

If Anna said something harmful, or you are worried about someone's safety, ask Anna to pass a message to our team, or email helpme@gabriellemoore.com (subject "Anna safety") or call 1-855-935-1200. We reply within 72 hours. To report content, see Content removal and complaints.
